Ghost Ships Festival – First Public Launch of The Calista Initiative

This weekend I introduced The Calista Initiative at the Ghost Ships Festival in Manitowoc. The event brought together people passionate about shipwrecks, diving, maritime history, and exploration.

It was exciting to speak with families, divers, and educators about the vision behind Calista — creating experiences that help young people develop curiosity, confidence, and a deeper connection to the water.

Several families expressed interest in the upcoming Curiosity in Motion pilot session taking place at the Manitowoc Public Library on March 28.
