programs that inspire curiosity
Hands-On STEM Experiences
Discover programs that bring science to life.
The Calista Initiative partners with schools, libraries, youth organizations, and community groups to deliver engaging STEM experiences that spark curiosity through freshwater and marine science. Every program is designed to build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and a lifelong love of learning through hands-on exploration.
PILOT PROGRAMS
Launching curiosity, one community at a time.
Our pilot programs introduce students to hands-on freshwater and marine STEM through interactive experiences that build curiosity, teamwork, confidence, and critical thinking. Each program is customized for the host organization, creating memorable learning that lasts long after the session ends.
Participants investigate concepts such as buoyancy, water safety, marine science, and environmental stewardship through interactive activities that make learning memorable and fun.
